He stated a building permit is required <br /> and it could be stipulated this is strictly slab and he could file with the actual <br /> plans before construction. The Conservation Officer could monitor the job . <br /> Ms Behrman stated the problem in some other cases , more marginal than this, a <br /> negative determination was issued and thea found a much more extensive project <br /> that had major impact after the negative determination was issued . The Board <br /> wants to be sure to condition things now to ensure those conditions are abided <br /> b . <br /> Mr. San i cls i stated i t is an expensive. procedure, from his en6 to provide the <br /> plans required for a fu 1 1 hearing a r requ i-cements . He requested that he <br /> provide the same sketch , have the cl, � n t provide the brochure of the sane item <br /> to be installed and it be spec i f i d in an order of Gond i t i ons that this type, <br /> brand and s i e item as shown in the '3rochu re is permit ted, i-n 1 i eu of going t <br /> major expense. <br /> It was agreed an abbreviated Notice of Intent could be f i.1 ed but it was quest- <br /> ioned whether D .
