Conservation Commission Meeting of March 5, 1987 Page 2. Mr. DeLory stated Dey l.a Associates produced a reap that shows his land going ten feet down into lir. DeLory ' s property. He advised he has a copy of Con- servation n- serati n records that Mr. Eldredge and Mr. Leach were in violation of the law and that forms were sent out to be filled out which they failed to do. The complainant ' was Robert Ma irn, who was a member of Conservation. Ms Behr an asked the width of the proposed trench to the well . fir. Doyle i stated he thought a one foot trench .with a Bob Cat would be used. Ms Behrman stated there should be no power equipment downhill f the well site,., Mr. Doyle suggested hay bales could be added at the time of drilling . Mrs . Jacobson expressed concern -with the scale. Mr. Sanicki stated to do the plan t scale and do elevations to Mean Sea Leve 1 would cost more than the building itself. He stated a building permit is required and it could be stipulated this is strictly slab and he could file with the actual plans before construction. The Conservation Officer could monitor the job . Ms Behrman stated the problem in some other cases , more marginal than this, a negative determination was issued and thea found a much more extensive project that had major impact after the negative determination was issued . The Board wants to be sure to condition things now to ensure those conditions are abided b .
