To clarify, h stated, i n l i eu of the required scale plans, mean sea level topo, the on s e r- vation Commissiony in this exceptional situation would accept pictures once the stakes are in, with an explanation of what is depicted with a note o the setbacks. Ms Behrman stated stades should be placed and angle shots taken making sure that in the photos of when the stakes are, the Commission can see where the stakes are in relation to the revetment and steps . It is pro- p osed to build a timber' pier extending feet beyond jean Low pater, 3feet beyond an High Water into Great aver of salt treated timber with de i ng paced ne�i rich apart .Theexisting deco coat arrangement would be removed and this placed at .the same location. The e # s,t i ng brick retaining wall will remain and the beach will be unchanged and conditions that now enc i s t will re- main unchanged with the exception the deck would be constructed for Mr . Lebel to bring his boat up. The deck elevation is 5.2 at the top of the deck. Ms Behrman stated foot clearance i s required to mean low water to allow pub l i c access to the shore area . Mr. Ochala agreed to revise the plans .Ms Behrman further stated the two mooring piles are close to the property lanes on both sides . John stated shellfish in this area iS not overly productive but would be a concern . Ms Behrman stated the amount of mooring space on a small dock would have to be considered as possible mooring sites for many boats at a future date. It was suggested the p l .r be cut down into a 15foot T-configuration.
