Hay bales <br /> are proposed across the back of the property . <br /> The Commission was advised the additions require an upgrading of the septic system <br /> which is shown. Mr. Clark was unsure whether application had been made to the Board <br /> of Health. <br /> It was noted the lot was not staked . y <br /> Mr. Clark stoted the patio is a cement slab with no crossline footing . It would <br /> have to be removed and a 4 foot cross] i rye dug . Ha bales would act as a buffer for <br /> excavation material and also as a limit of activity. A Bobcat type equipment will <br /> be used for excavation. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg pointed out that the house will be two feet from the Conservation <br /> easement. I t was noted also that the existing two bedroom dwe l 1 i ng will become a <br /> f i ve bedroom dwe 1 1 i ng. <br /> Mr-. Clark stated the Order of Conditions issued to the Yanoff property located up <br /> the street were used as a basis of Conservation requirements . <br /> Ms Behrm n questioned additional clearing of trees in the location of the 12 ' X 12 ' <br /> deck. She stated it appears the area was underbrushed and the root structure removed . <br /> She cited erosion at the lip of the bank at both sides of the property and stated the <br /> slope needs root structure as wood chips will not help. She suggested ground cover <br /> should be ,planted and a cessation of any brushing activity. <br /> Mr. Coffer questioned traffic and use of the dock. fir. Clark stated he had no know- <br /> ledge but there is a path. <br /> Ms Beh rman suggested construction of a ramp and walkway to protect the lip of the <br /> bank.
