Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting of April 1 , 1987 Page 6. Ms Rubin advised there is an article on the warrant to provide a part-time main- tenance crew and truck for the Park & Recreation Dept . she offered the Depart- ment's services to the Mashpee River Woodlands Committee and Johns Ponce Park Committee for a cooperative effort. She also offered the office staff and tele- phone for information on any trips or other items planned. Ms Beh rman stated this should be presented to each committee and they would thea present their recommendations to the Commission. Y Janes Lebel : El l lof Rosenberg read from an Appeals Board hearing , "Comments were received from Mashpee Planning Board and Mashpee Conservation Comm i-ss ion stating no objections". John stated this was incorrect word i-ng . John read from his comments to the Appeals Board. "After seein the. pians for this"dock on 1/4/87 the date of the hearing and not having time. to make an on-site inspection, I have no comment on this proposal ." It was agreed "no comment'' is not ''no objection'' and this matter should be taken up with the Board. An order of Conditions was issued. Daniel Thomas Order of Conditions issued. Edward Allen Order of Conditions issued. a Joseph Burns - two certificates of -Compliance issued. The Commission was advised Mr . Bolger is appealing the condition requiring h i m to do beach nourishment. They are requesting to remove that condition and state the. applicant shall look into participating in the New Seabury beach nourishment program. John will be meeting with h Bob B rgmann on this matter tomorrow.
