Ms Behrman questioned whether the dock vrou l d be pulled up over the. bank. Mr. Tavares stated i t would not and that i t would be stored on the deck with n item stored on the vegetation. A proposal to install a 2 inch well at Lot I River Road . John Shaughnessy presenting . Ms Behr an stated that at an on-site it was reque ted that the work 1 imi t be delineated. Mr. Shaughnessy agreed to draw the l ine in on the plans presented which was done and initialled. The hay bales will be placed a maximum of 5 feet f rom the edge of the deck. John Varkonda stated if any landscaping work is contemplated at a later slate, the Commission should be contacted . VOTE: Motion made -and seconded to issue a Negative Determination of Applicability to John L. Morgan & W i l l i a Van Ike r a rde for the proposal outlined. 8:x 5 -� Angela Bonin, 0 Cranberry Ave. , Request for a Determ nation of App i i cab i l i t on a proposal to remove an existing kitchen and dining room wa l 1 22 feet in length and adding 5 feet using the width of an existing side deck. Patrick Coffey stat:ed ' he has a, financial interest in the project and stepped down. Mrs. Bonin advised the addition will not go further than the existing deck and nothing is going in under the deck. The addition will be put in on steel columns. No heavy equipment will be used and posts will be hand excavated . There are no gutters on the property and no vegetation will 1 be disturbed . VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a Negative Determination of Applic- ability pplic-ability to Angela Bonin for the proposal out1ined . Mrs . Bonin asked permission to remove two rotting ra i 1 road ties in the front of the property and replace them with landscape. ties . An Order of Conditions was issued for t continuation of a deck around the house, ars extension of the northeast corner of the house and at the same time there was a request for a confirmation of a pier in existance since the 10 ' s . At that time it was suggested the pier portion be i i the rain to allow the remodeling of the house to go forward. The proposed seral way will be elevated n additional length .
