Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting of April 3U, I Page 5. Mrs . Marsters asked if they would have any objections to extending the ramp. Mr. Benway stated the Co l p i t is would be agreeable and he suggested bringing it right up to the concrete at the deck. The Commission agreed this was acceptable and Mr. Rosenberg suggested a new plan be submitted. �. Mr. Benway asked, due to time eonstraints , for the Commission to require in the Order of Conditions that the walkway , i n its same design, be extended to the decking be'ing reconstructed on the front of the house. The Commission agreed. Ms Beh rma n stated a plan must be submitted o r approval b the Commission before construction begins. Mr. Benway stated appro al contingent upon an accepted plan o the extension, with no construction to begin before, would he agreeable. It was noted a connector trail from the parking i o t to Farley 's Camp has been laid out but is not in this Filing and will be submitted as an Abbreviated Notice of Intent. He agreed it does put an undue strain on the financial resources of the applicant .
