John read a letter from Chris Clark requesting an amended Notice of Intent for Mr. Flynn to add an extension on the elevated walkw y to bring the structure further inland. fevised site plans were submitted .showing the walkway tending 35 feet over to the existing pier. Ms Beh rma n requested specifications on the walkway. Mr. Rosenberg stated a complete plan is necessary for method of construction. Mr. Goldstein,, agent for Steve Fireman, i s requesting an amended Notice of Intent to connect the walkway w i th the edge of the deck. It was agreed a plan must be submitted for consideration. Dan Hostetter is requesting a modification on one of his orders of Conditions to change one of the bogs to a retention pond. An on-site is scheduled for May 3rd in the afternoon. John advised Bradgate Assoc. is requesting an Emergency order of Conditions for sa rakumm i t t. An earthen berm - has been put up along the side of Noisy Hole Road . The water that seeps through the berm onto the road is being pumped back over the berm into the drainage area. They state there was a public safety hazard as a utility box was flooding . Ms Beh rman advised of a meeting with the Bu i l d-i ng Inspector, Town Planner' and Conservation Officer which she attended also. A memo of understanding will be %,-4 r i t t e n. She further stated she felt a geologic study should be done. There is a strong P ss i b i l i ty that a lot of the Contribution is from ground water . retention pond %,�jou l d not accomplish anything .. The next idea is to do a stream improvement project channelling down the old ua k r Run . This would involve c o rd i na t i ng with everyone downstream. The planning board is very seriously concerned and are awaiting solutions . John advised B . E. . E. has looked ed a t the property and stated although a lot o this i5 under water there is no well -defined wetland. It was suggested the Planning Board rescind their permit . Mr. Rosenberg stated if they are impacting adversely on the wetland they can be told to stop. The Commission should not give theme perms s r n to do anything Any proposed solution rust be accompanied by proper engineering studies and j expert opinions to justify the same. It was agreed a memo to this effect will be sent to Bradgate with copies to the Planning Board and Selectmen .
