lashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Fleeting of may 7, 198 <br /> Page 41, <br /> Patrick Coffey questioned the use of posts on concrete blocks as from a construction <br /> standpoint this wculd be wobbly with no Gros bra e. <br /> Mike Twomb 1 , the builder, agreed crossbrac i ng would be necessary with 2 X 4's . <br /> It was sugge's ted the rope handrail would be a safety hazard and should be reviewed <br /> with the building inspection. <br /> Mr. Coffey questioned losing the walkway during an extreme storm and ,Suggested <br /> using stirrup cups and sauna tubes . Mr. Twombley stated this aspect had not been <br /> considered and agreed some.th i ng more substantial might be necessary. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if this would be acceptable as a Condition. Mr. Twornb l ey agreed <br /> it wo u l d. <br /> Ms Behrman advised Mashpee shores Realty Trust has never submitted' 'in wri'tI rig the <br /> mod i,f i ed Notice of Intent. A verbal amendment was propose b -Mr. Sul 1 i van at the <br /> hearing on April 16, 1987. The twenty-one day limit has expired and the Commission <br /> was forced to issue a Denial on the original appl icatlon presented . Copies of the <br /> minutes of hearings will be attached to the denial together with photos of the area. <br /> David Harrington: Elevations and scale were requested at the hearing on 2/5/87. <br /> The 21 day period has expired and he has not complied. A letter was dictated to <br /> Mr . Harrington to advise if he wishes the Commission to act on the application as <br /> presented, the Commission will be forced to deny the project. <br /> i <br /> Lloyd a i nesbor : John recommended cord i t ion i ng the p roi ec t and ref err i ng back <br /> to previous order. He stated a time frame could be put on this . <br /> After discussion it was agreed .John would research the conservation easement on <br /> the deed. Ms . Beh-rman stated a bond should be required and she would prefer to <br /> see the planting done before construction. <br /> Mrs..
