They are proposing to replace with pilings and two 20 foot floats wtich will be removed in the winter. The length wi 1 1 remain -the same, - o foot total and wi-1-1 be 3 feet higher, in elev- ation with- one pil ing to anchor the floats. The floats will be stored during the winter at Little River Boat Yard. Ms Behrman questioned the procedure for the posts , 'Mr, Burtis stated they vi 1 l be driven. John advised the Enforcement Order issued to Carleton Coll ins for property next to Byrnes Sand & Gravel was finally received by the new owners who stopped work as ordered. They hired an environmental firm- to do a study which concluded i t might be pr tectab l e as an isolated l and subject to flooding under the Wetland and Protection act. KV Associates , who did the overall project , did a Conservative analysis a d neither kettle hole qualified as an isolated land subject to flooding . On inspection, there was no evidence f standing water last week. He reques ted the commission to withdraw the enforcement order. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to have the Conservation officer write a letter i thdraw 1 ng the Stop Work order on the above. i ns l ow Farms: An enforcement order was hand delivered. They will be fill t ng a Notice of Intent for portions of the road' system. The road layout does not core w i thin 100 feet of the we t l nd, but the grading i l 1 . They will be re- drawing e-- drawing their plans to show the extent of the grading . I ti f Y f X .John advised Steven Fireman is requesting to PLIt in a wa.1k.way and el im i nate the ramp. He introduced the agent who stated the purpose is that the vegetation would be saved and it is a very- direct link. They feel it is a reasonable re- quest. Little River Boat Ward will be do-ing the dock. It 'is proposed to use X 6 posts wolmanized , set in concrete blocks appro is to 1 y two feet deep in the ground.
