He advises the circled depression hd <br /> been f i 1 l e 'by the developer or owner for the construction of two single family <br /> homes . <br /> The Conservation Officer will look into this matter. <br /> letter has been' received from the l ampanoag Tribal Council which was read t <br /> the Commission by the Chairman. This Concerns the erosion into the MIIII Pond <br /> on the Mashpee River at lots 14 and 15 Redwood Cil re l e and requests that an en- <br /> forcement order be issued. <br /> John advised this is a road drain off association owned roads and not on any <br /> SUOU v;s I o� pia ; . .E.Q.E. has been at the s i to and unah l e to offer any sugg- <br /> estions . <br /> u gestions .
