This Concerns the erosion into the MIIII Pond on the Mashpee River at lots 14 and 15 Redwood Cil re l e and requests that an en- forcement order be issued. ' Ms Beh rman stated there i s an outstanding cease and desist order filed on this by Town Counsel last summer because the drain traverses a p i e e of property that does not have a drainage easement on it. Ms Beh rman stated dimensions of the sets of steps to be constructed are necessary for ars on-site. The architectural detai1s of the landscaping p1an must be placed accurately on the surveyor's plan.
