The landscaping project is a minor in onv nien a to the environment. <br /> He recommended the p ro j e t be conditioned with a very heavy planting schedule <br /> for the bank. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested the landscaping be done with native plants and detailed <br /> description must be approved by the Conservation Off icer prior to work commencing. <br /> The hearing was closed and order- of conditions issued. <br /> f Orders of Conditions were issued for Hakanson , Lovetere, Bradshaw. <br /> i <br /> Lois & Michael Gutman: John advised the house has been down-sized. At the hearing <br /> Mrs. Marsters questioned whether the 50 foot setback from the wetland had to be eom- <br /> plied with in New Sea bu ry. Town Counsel has advised it does not as New Sea b u r ' s <br /> special permit exempts thea from zoning . The Notice of Intent can be amended t <br /> reflect the revised plans dated Iia rh 1 , 1986. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the revised plans of Lois & Michael <br /> Gutman as an amendment to the Notice of Intent. <br /> The secretary_ was i n 'tru ted to send a letter informing r.
