MINUTES m y 2, 1987 CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Ms. Tina Balog from All cape Survey Consultants was in attendance <br /> representing this application. <br /> Ms. Ba l og presented plans before the Commission members and stated <br /> she has received a Variance from the Board of Appeals to enter into the <br /> 25 foot setback from the A. .E. . district. She stated any disturbed <br /> areas are to be mulched within . days and stated the driveway will con- <br /> sist of crushed stone. She explained that 45 cubic yards of fill will <br /> be used In the red contour areas and stated the buffer zone varies in <br /> width from 50 to 77 feet and we propose to leave the area between the <br /> edge of the pond and the contour in its natural state. T1s. Balog stated <br /> they may provide a 5 foot wide access along the water surface. She <br /> stated she will submit to this commission the revised plans. <br /> Mr. Vrkoda stated an on-site inspection was performed and ex- <br /> plained then are proposing a small change in the contour (shown to <br /> Commission members) , which runs along the haybale line and under the <br /> house, He stated in these revised plans the driveway is pitched towards <br /> the road. <br /> Mr. Balog stated the Homeowners Association does rewire an asphault <br /> driveway and stated they are proposing an asphalt apron only. <br /> Ms. Behrman addressed Ms. Urquhart and stated in speaking with mem- <br /> bers of the Homeowners Association, it was discussed that a lip in the <br /> driveway would be a reasonable compromise. <br /> Mr. Varkonda commented a 15 foot apron going from the roadway to <br /> the driveway should be acceptable. <br /> T1s. Behrman stated a 5 inch rise in the pavement would hinder any <br /> run-off. <br /> Ms . Urquhart commented that sod is a requirement V the Homeowners <br /> Association. 77 <br /> Ms. Behrman stated the placing of sod on the property would be <br /> allowed, as long as it remains along the front boundries of the house. <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER OF CONDITIONS WITHIN 21 DAYS - pending receival <br /> of revised plans showing access -Cothe wall being on the water surface <br /> line and full calculation included. <br /> g:O - Louis Giampietro - De erminati.on of Applicability on proposal to <br /> create a room urs e ah existing carport, replace existing shower with <br /> a new .bathroom and create a new bathroom in front entrance foyer at lot <br /> 520 Triton Way. <br /> 1 . Giampietro was in attendance--representing this application. <br /> Mr. Giampietro explained to members present that the roof l i ne of <br /> the addition will remain the sane as the house. <br /> Mr. Varkonda stated an on-site inspection was performed and stated <br /> removal of some vegetation will take place.
