Mr. Rosenberg stated there is no access ' shown on Lot 5 and the bank would have to be cut. Mr. Doyle stated the bank would be cut opp- osite the resource area. Mr. Rosenberg suggested the mound be conditioned that there be berm there and at no time. shall there be any interruption of that berm. After discussion, it was agreed to stipulate the berm will run from a point 40 feet southerly of the property line in an Order of Cond- tions. Thera were no comments from the publ ,c. At the water side there will. be a buffer area of dine grass. Fescue grass will be used for the lawn which does not require any fertilization organicor fertilizer can be used, It is proposed to outline- the driveway with mood ties and do some landscaping. The driveway i pitched to the road, The natural lay of the land will be used and the topography will be unchanged, It is proposed to hardtop the driveway with b ,tuminous asphalt pitched to the rood, Ms Be questioned the use of asphalt and Mr. Tavares stated that due to the pitch out to the road,, it does not take away any of the recharge to the system, John asked if sand will be placed in the mounding for the dune grass. and it was stated it is planned to mound 6 inches high not so much for effect as to stop the water as it approaches the area and have it go into the soil should there be any passibility of fertilization washing off the surface towards the water line. Dune grass which requires no fertilization would take up all nitrogen. To Mr.. Rosenberg s suggestion that a drywel l and drain be pint in the middle of the driveway Mr: Tavares agreed it could be done.
