The driveway i <br /> pitched to the road, The natural lay of the land will be used and <br /> the topography will be unchanged, It is proposed to hardtop the <br /> driveway with b ,tuminous asphalt pitched to the rood, <br /> Ms Be questioned the use of asphalt and Mr. Tavares stated <br /> that due to the pitch out to the road,, it does not take away any <br /> of the recharge to the system, <br /> John asked if sand will be placed in the mounding for the dune grass. <br /> and it was stated it is planned to mound 6 inches high not so much <br /> for effect as to stop the water as it approaches the area and have <br /> it go into the soil should there be any passibility of fertilization <br /> washing off the surface towards the water line. Dune grass which <br /> requires no fertilization would take up all nitrogen. <br /> To Mr..
