Be sees no major impact <br /> due to their removal as the understory is very dense. <br /> r. Brown stated the trees will be flush cut by -hand. John suggested <br /> a root 'inhibitor be used on the ,stumps and Mr. Brown agreed, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested the name of the herbicide or fungus used be <br /> provided for the record. <br /> Mr• Rosenberg asked for an oral' understanding that the Conservation <br /> Officer l be notified when work is to begin. Mr. Brown agreed, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a. Negative Determination <br /> to New Seatbury Corp. <br /> Promontory point drainage project, Lot 1346F regarding the concern <br /> of the Commission re percolation from the .drain pipe into the ground <br /> before going into the pond Mr. Brown stated a letter was given <br /> John requesting a change in design to perforated wipe totally surr- <br /> unded by gravel 6 inches minimum all around, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the amendment to the <br /> Order of Conditions issued on the project, <br /> Santuit� Woods Limi ted Partnership Lot 38 Nobska Road, <br /> Tina Baylog presenting. Abutters receipts will be delivered t <br /> the Conservation Officer tomorrow. The driveway will be of crush d <br /> stone* Staked haybales will be used for erosion control. All roof <br /> drains are to be recharged. The dwelling is 71 feet from the edge <br /> of the vegetated wetland. The septic is 133 feet from the edge. <br /> 25 foot buffer strip is to remain in the natural state parallel <br /> to the edge of the wetland. Fill is calculated to be 35 cu. yds. <br /> from excavation of the basement. <br /> John suggested the work 1 it be straight across and to allow <br /> water service to be cut in� <br /> Ms Behrman asked the location of this lot in relation to Conservation <br /> land and expressed concern with map being used for this project <br /> showing common beach. She requested plans have noted on them that <br /> this is Conservation land when being shown to purchasers. ' John will <br /> follow up on this. <br /> Ms Baylog agreed to bring n -a copy of the subdivision plan to the <br /> next hearing. <br /> Ms Behrman stated the previous owner was supposed to have put In cont <br /> trete bounds delineating the Conservation land. <br /> f <br />
