John advised it was not, but he will <br /> write a letter to Mr. Beck re this concern. <br /> Concerning footings to be used Mr. Brady stated they would be <br /> 5 x .ceder post with the holes hand dug. Mr. Brady agreed and ex <br /> pressed concern for his fence in the soft areas, <br /> John stated if work is to be done by hand there should be no change <br /> in drainage from the fence and asked if trees will be cut. - Mr. Brady <br /> stated none will be cut, <br /> Nis Behrnman asked if it would be agreeable to stay at the perimeter <br /> of the haybales as that was the conditioned limit of work. Mr. Brady <br /> agreed and stated they would cut back on the wooden fencing. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination t <br /> Roy Beck with a letter stating all work to be done by hand <br /> and must stag at the original work limit. <br /> .
