Mr. Brady agreed and ex pressed concern for his fence in the soft areas, John stated if work is to be done by hand there should be no change in drainage from the fence and asked if trees will be cut. - Mr. Brady stated none will be cut, Nis Behrnman asked if it would be agreeable to stay at the perimeter of the haybales as that was the conditioned limit of work. Mr. Brady agreed and stated they would cut back on the wooden fencing. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination t Roy Beck with a letter stating all work to be done by hand and must stag at the original work limit. .
