John <br /> advised he measured today. The hearing was continued pending receipt <br /> of plans. Minor regrading is being done on the side of the house and <br /> is well beyond 87 feet. A small retaining wall is being planned in <br /> front of the house. The assistant building inspector has stated it <br /> is a good sold design and the plan is a stamped engineering plan. <br /> Construction limit can be Conditioned to be 3-4 feet off the retaining <br /> wall with no clearing beyond. <br /> NOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the plan presented and <br /> Close the hearing for Thomas Nutile, <br />
