The hogs are active and the owners in common have every intention of maintaining the bogs and the water is necessary for proper- irrigation. She further advised there is a paper easement providing access from Santu i t# Newtown Road , to Mr . Jonah and Mr. Souza. Mr. Hostetter is not proposing to build that it is a paper easement and if it should come in it would be located in that position and world geed a Notice of Intent.
