They do own down to <br /> the Mean High water Jnr rk. <br /> There was discussion of an easement coring in off Great Neck Road <br /> straight down which is used by an individual and question was raised <br /> of his right to use the dock, Mr. Cameron stated he did not have the <br /> right, <br /> Mrs, Marsters stated the project could be conditioned if there was <br /> good reason to believe that the use that" this will incur -will harm <br /> the wetland. There are suspicions but is there good- reason to believe <br /> this? <br /> Ms Hanscom stated she would like to take another look at the place <br /> where the road goes down, The road is dirt and has already eroded <br /> right down, <br /> - Mr. Burns stated there is no evidence of any damage.
