It is . 22 feet to the retaining wall and 15 feet more to the- building. There will be no digging as the foundation is all there, a concrete slab, Mrs . Ferriday read a letter from Ellen Jones, an abutter to the south, objecting to the project into the record, She stated the concerns re . violation of zoning will be addressed to the Building Inspector, Mr. Lebel stated the stairs going up will be. inside and within the existing footprint. Mrs, Marsters asked if he planned to work within the 15 foot setback and Mr. Lebel stated he would have to stay with the. setback. Ms Hanscom stated where he is building the stairs is within the sane area of the original footprint and Mrs, Jones may have thought they I were on the outside, Mrs. Marsters stated , either that, or there is a prior non---conforming use. COMMENTS FROM THE PFJ • Rita & John Nugent, abutters, Mrs.. Nugent stated they were not not- P ified of these plans, advised JLCMrs. Ferriday this i aquest for determination of appl ability where the conuni sin makes a judgement -as to- whether the wetm- land is affected.
