As it will be on record , she did not feel the commission should require them to readvert i se. Ms Behrman questioned any clearing to be done and Mr. Sanicki advised there would- be none, The deck will be l - I-2 feet of `the ground. There was- discussion concerning the difference in the size of the house between. the 26 X 36 and .the . 28 X 32. shown on the plan. An amended plan- was located showing the 28 X 324 vote: Mr. Rosenberg.. oved . that as soon as the Conservation Agent -has reported that the house is in , compliance with the, plans so that a - Certificate of Compliance can be issued, the Commission then, ; contemporaneously, issue a negative determination+ Seconded. The only comment made was to maintain the proper drainage , ie the -pro-per grading going into the catch basin. t would b advisable• o. pare that section. The linear footage of the c artway is 490. Mr. Hostetter, who was on the site , stated he prefers to keep - -everything in a natural rustic state, but i-f it is better for drainage, he would arr.e that sed t i on. The footprint of the pump house was received. It is 20 X 1 . The existing pump house will be removed and taken off site. They, are requesting to send S -642. Because the barn had to be saved, there may be enough roam for the activities required and the pump house may nearer~ be built. During theon-site Mr. Burns noted pool- ing in the area of the 38th fairway from an irrigation system which is a problem for the golf course and if th,e berm was extended , that would be taken care of. Mr . Burns suggested a drain be put in the .middle o the fairway. Ads Behrman stated this should be discussed at a separate time and should be advertised . Ms Langhaus r stated. it is 50 -feet of retaininS wall along a cranbetry bog. Ms Behrman stated if it were someone ' s house they- would be told to readvertise. Mr. osenbe tat ed this is not affecting anyone else h, e in the middle of -a golf course .
