Conservation Commission November 17, 1987 Page 11 , SARAKUM T: The consultants recommended that a series of witnessed core samples be taken in the area of filling as their results indicate there is potential the two -wetlands indicated on the plan were connected before the filling was done without permits from the Commission . If illegally filled, this changes everything on the file. The previous enforcement order will be checked_ to see if the trailer removal was ordered . ENFORCEMENT ORDER Starting 80 feet from the line between the two electrical boxes every 40 feet along the center of Pare Place for a distance of 240 feet from the' 0 foot starting place, cores should be taken from depth of 6 feet. - t Cores also to be taken on Lots 27 and 26 "graded fill , 5 feet in from the edge of the delineated wetlAnd as delineated by Arline Wilson every 40 feet, 8 foot deep cores. All cores must be witnessed. ENFORCEMENT ORDER The applicant shall be required to conduct a survey and submit a comparison of the wetland delineation by Sabatia and Arline Wilson . Photos of the retaining wall were reviewed . The Buildin8 Inspector and Planning Board do not have plans of the wall . It was claimed this was done to sage the pine trees which Lisa pointed to with the roots exposed. Lisa advised she will be aeetin8 with Mr. Hostetter tomorrow to walk the site . She stated she would like to request an aerial photo of the site. The Commission felt this was expensive and not necessary. It was agreed a certified as built plan of the entire project to date should be submitted . Upon receipt , comparison will be made for discrepancies on the application. A re egetation plans for the cleared slope i to be filed. A siltation barrier is to be placed at the base of emplaced fill on the tee.
