Lisa requested they <br /> mark the buffer zone stating- speclifically on the stick "Buffer Zone" , <br /> Retaining walls, specifically the wetlands, also the areas where the <br /> wetlands will be replicated should have a stake with a number on it <br /> and those numbers to appear on the plan. <br /> Mr. Burns sugested the contours also be staled* <br /> e-ferrig to the plans, [fir. Oakes stated the limits for the kettle <br /> hole det r ined. to be in the Notice of Intent for the roadway to the <br /> retirement villa8e are at elevation 40. 6 (100 year storm) , now <br /> swampy area with standing mater, The architect wants to use this as a <br /> golf hazard and the other side left as a wildlife habitat. The <br /> existing high spot would be left as an island and the other area's <br /> excavated to open groundwater pond situation. Some of the shallower <br /> banks would be replanted . There is a narrative in' the Notice of Intent <br /> describing plantings and excavation procedures. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated the Commission would want to. know the amounts t <br /> be taken out. <br /> Question was raised whether the permit was received for the sewage <br /> treatment pl ant* , s Behrman stated she would like to know the issues <br /> raised and if adequately answered. Mr . Oakes sated he believed it <br /> was. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson asked if , as an abutter , the United Church VillaSe was <br /> notified. It was determined the office in Boston was. She further <br /> asked if she might be in conflict as she is on the Board of Directors <br /> of the Village, Town Counsel will be consulted. <br /> CONTINUED PEND ON-SITE. <br /> After discussion, <br /> MOTE: Motion made and seconded to pay Sabatia for services rendered <br /> n Park dace investigation 10/10/87 in the amount of $300. <br /> PALL !
