Conservati-on Commission <br /> December 3 , 1987 <br /> Page 44 <br /> Ms Hanscom stated there is enough roma on the property that the pool <br /> could be put elsewhere. <br /> Ms Behrman. also expressed concern with the fence which is in the <br /> marsh. Mr. Cameron stated he. has the same concern and brought this up <br /> with the architect, Ms Behrman stated there are implications with <br /> having the fence there that between the fence and pool will. be exten- <br /> sive <br /> x en- <br /> s e landscaping which would further destabilize what little would be <br /> left of the bank. Mr . Cameron stated the fence line could be nod <br /> back and he feels alterations can be made to the plan. He requested a <br /> continuance until Board of Appeals and,Healh permits are in hand. <br /> CONTINUED INDEFINITELY <br /> 8: 34 Joseph Cer.nill (Braman Engr.) Elliot Rosenberg stepped down <br /> as an abutter. To construct and maIntain a 3 ft. wide stairway, ' .X <br /> ' timber pier, .3' X 14" gangway :vats .:. c an ' X 16' float in Creat <br /> River at Lot .67 Water'l ine Drive.. presenting. Ms Lehrman stated -comments on the previous hearing will <br /> I <br /> apply. r . Cameron asked for .an indefinite continuance understanding <br /> the board' s concerns, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday. stated the lot was of staked ed and Mr. Cameron stated it <br /> was staked the afternoon of December 2. He a ologi-Zed , but that was as <br /> quickly as they could do it. ,Ms 'Sehrman stated for future reference, <br /> if lots are not staked heings , i.11 e ' coninued. <br /> Viewing the plans, Ms Behrman- .suggested they may be crossing docks . <br /> Gordon Perry, an abutter, advised the loat i on .o f r. Cohen ' s dock as <br /> being two lots down, already approved. <br /> Scott McAskill stated he- is representing Harold Cohen who questioned <br /> this hearing as it has not gone before the Board of Appeals . When he <br /> came before the Commission , they would not dear him as he had not sone <br /> before Appeals . <br /> It was noted Mr . Cohen does have Board of Appeals approval .
