He advised him .to submit a complete Notice of Intent with requisite plans with copies to the State . Ms Behrman stated as there is a violation to the Notice of Intent, it will be necessary for the Commission to issue an Enforcement Order which will direct him to file a Notice of Intent. Mr. Lundgren stated the house is complete and unoccupied . He further stated this sounds like a big expense and a waste of money because in the end it is going to be allowed. Ms Behrman stated this was not a final conclusion.- An Enforcement Order will be issued stating you can file or remove the structure. If you choose not to file or remove the structure, this could become a court a ti n. . Lisa advised of a further problem in that the original Order of Con- ditions was never registered* Ms Behrman stated this is another vio- lation as no work was ' to proceed until the Order of Conditions was reg,- istered. Mr. Lundgren stated he did not believe this could be done without a Title Certificate. Mr. Rosenberg stated this should be straightened out before the new Notice of Intent is filed . r.
