Mary Marsters and V. Louise Behrman stood down.
Patrick Coffey sat for this hearing. Jeff Oakes presenting. Abutters
receipts were presented.
A 750 unit complex is planned on 264 acres with golf course , Two holes
the course are involved. The site plan was reviewed. The first
fA rway is proposed to run along a wetland and the ninth hole involves
a kettle hole.
Robert DeLory questioned the proposed treatment plant and was advised
this was not being addressed tonight.
cross section was shown where they plan t.o cut a kill and flatten it
out for a fairway. The retaining wall will extend approximately 240
feet. Cart paths will be crushed stone, 6 foot wide.
Mrs. Ferriday questioned the replications. Mr. Oakes stated they will .
be filling 4900 s . ' f t. and replicating 5040. Replicating involves
cutting the area down in elevation to approximately 44 - 42 foot elev-
ation. Existing wetlands are within a 42 foot elevation which is shown • .
as a representative elevation at which the wetland will be replicated.
First tt will be excavated down to 4 feet, then the muck removed and .
pint in the holes, save some plants, seedlings and saplings and plant
them in the 'muck. Mr. Oakes stated it is not feasible
to So less than 80 feet wide for_ a fairway.
Ms Behrman asked if there was any other possible location for the fair-
way? r. Oakes stated the rough area on the edge of the fairway is 10-
. 15 feet wide. Slow release nitrogen and minimal fertilization are rec-
ommended.
e -
ommend d.
