Mr. Cameron referred to the Lappin Order of Conditions <br /> which' stated there would be no draining of the pool ,into the marsh <br /> area and suggested this could be 'conditioned. <br /> Ms Behrman stated if the pool were permitted, one of the requirements <br /> would be the installation of a dryell for pool drainage. .Mr. Cameron <br /> stated this wound be acceptable. <br /> Mr. Cameron advised a solid flush deck is proposed; on the outer port- <br /> ion, a 3' aide strip of vegetation could be planted. <br /> Lisa stated she was in agreement with bringing the fence back and add- <br /> itional <br /> dd- <br /> itional vegetation for protection from splashing from the pool or run-. <br /> off from the deck. . <br /> Mrs. Jacobson questioned the outside shower shown on the plan and was <br /> advised this has been eliminated o gi nn dntgQ <br />
