<br /> ability on this proposal and the Board made a positive find'As,she asked
<br /> why another was applied for.
<br /> The Board was advised the applicant feels the prior determination was
<br /> incorrect in that the lot cannot store a one-quarter acre foot in- a
<br /> one year store. W
<br /> MS Behrman stated that an onsite inspection .indicates this is not an
<br /> isolated wetland, it is a bordering vegetated wetland. The water
<br /> channels can be followed to Ashuset Ponds
<br /> M' r. Donovan stated this project had been started with permission from
<br /> the Commission. Ms. B hrman stated he was quite wrong@ There was an
<br /> Enforcement Carder placed on the filling acivity in the wetland area
<br /> and at that time a Request for Determination of I pplicabilit.y was made
<br /> and the Board made a proper finding,
