Tarabelli presented a revised site plan. VOTE : Motion grade and seconded to accept the revised plans as submitted to the Commission. Charles Talanian - order of Conditions issued. ROSE YALANIAN: SE 43-343. A letter requesting a one year extension was read. The request was granted with a letter to be sent stating if there are any changes in the footprint or vegetation due to the Architectural Review Process,, pians must be submitted. VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to issue a one ,year extension to Rose Yalanian. Three certificates of Compliance issued o Milton Zabarsky. A NETT BUILDERS: E4 -485, Lot 8 & 9. A letter was read stating they are going to demolish a serall house on Lot 8 and build only on Lot 9, as shown on theen- closed plans. Mrs. Nair tars asked i f permission has been given t them to demolish the house. It has not been and therefore an amended Notice of Intent is required. Lot 9 - SE 4 -486. They referred to an enclosed plan pertaining to Lot 9 which was not enclosed. Letter to be written requesting plans and advice as to what charges are being made in the project. Lisa stated she would like to try to arrange to have ars intern come in. She suggested they could map conservation land and do general work under super- vision.
