There will be a seminar at Lakeville on Saturday re the new Wetland regulations. They are proposing to put stairs on the front up to the second floor deck. The site plan did not include any deck. Amended Order of Conditions issued. Rosenberg suggested the contractors who did the clearing should be held responsible. If not successful , Town Counsel will be brought into the matter. There was discussion of a. Public Meeting on a hearing to adopt reguations.
