It is all lawn now. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED PENDING NOTIFICATION OF BOARD OF HEALTH ACTION. <br /> ORDERS OF CONDITIONS S SIGf ED: f ashpee Board of later Commissioner, do Mar, Great <br /> Water View Realty and New Seabury Corp. <br /> CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: 2 - Zabarsky. <br /> A letter was read from the Executive Secretary re the cranberry bog license and <br /> amendment by Town Counsel . <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested a m.ain enance schedule of work done during the year <br /> should also be required; a report of maintenance activity during the preceding <br /> calendar ,year. <br /> A letter from the Chairman to the Selectmen re Johns Pond Park sluiceway was <br /> discussed. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ORDER: 11 Gckway Bay (Bilodeau-Roy Beck Revegetation plan to be <br /> filed , ithin 10 days and the fence to be removed within 10 days. Debris should <br /> be removed from the kettle hole and a siltation screen should be established <br /> and vegetation done to stabilize the bank. <br /> George Regan : A brick wall has been built at the end of his driveway, which <br /> should not have been sealed. <br /> Lisa advised she went to the lot with Mr. Langeley and they were digging a <br /> trench and putting in a pipe to lead the runoff from the roof gutters right <br /> off the bank where vegetation was cleared. Also, they were putting the run- <br /> off from the pared driveway into a drwell . <br /> On the lot net door, they have cleared and there are no ha bales or DEQE sign. <br /> It was duly explained to them there is an existing Order of Conditions. Excess <br /> fill was placed. <br /> Question was raised whether they should refile* <br /> Ms Behrman advised they are proposing to put in a filled flattened lawn are <br /> between the two houses. <br /> A letter requesting ars amended Order of Conditions from Mrs. Regan was read, <br /> Mrs, Ferriday questioned what would be done to retain the trees. <br />
