Flynn Ergin e For a completed deck 'added <br /> to a cottage t -11 Captains Row. Jeff Oakes presenting. The applicant took care <br /> of the mailing on March 14 and he did not have the receipts. He was asked to <br /> design a storm drain system to collect all runoff from the existing house into <br /> a dr we l 1 . A 25 year storm event was used. <br /> Ms Behrman question locating the drywell under the stairs, already constructed. <br /> She suggested he speak with the Building Inspector regarding relocating it. <br /> Mr, Oakes stated at the time of design, the stairs were not constructed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated the plan does not look like what is out there it is shown <br /> with the deck at elevation 18 and the deck is 4 feet above the p ; it is <br /> closer to the ground than that, she requested a more accurate elevation of the <br /> _deck. lir. Oakes stated he based it on the Architect's plan. <br /> t <br /> Nor. Coffey asked if ,the builder could verify inches below threshold level for <br /> the deck and Mr. Oakes stated he could. <br /> CONTINUED PENDING RECEIPT of ADEQUATE INFORMATION:ATION: IF SATISFACTORY, HEARING <br /> WILL BE CLOSED, IF NOT, A CONTINUED HEARING WILL BE ANNOUNCED. <br /> find hi es: The onsite was cancelled due to bad weather and has been re- <br /> scheduled for Tuesday, April 26 at l :oo p.m. <br /> The Chairman advised she had received a telephone call from Len Gobiel of <br /> Sensible Citizens requesting a meeting with the Commission next week. Mrs. <br /> Ferriday advised she spoke with Elliot Rosenberg who suggested a call be <br /> made to thea to see if they would withdraw their amendments to allow some <br /> discussions for a compromise. Concerning the amendment dealing with juris- <br /> diction, <br /> he suggested asking thea if they would consider using the verbage <br /> in the State statute, exactly. <br /> Mrs, Ferriday stated the Commission would be under the same jurisdication ass <br /> now, the only thing they would not have is water protection, pollution protection <br /> They could withdraw from the floor. <br /> The Commission agreed the Chairman should call Len Gobeil to set up a series <br /> of meetings, after Town meeting. <br /> A letter from Denise Sullivan was read withdrawing her application for assoc- <br /> iate membership on the Commission due to conflicting obligations. <br /> A letter from Joubert S. Spousta was read expressing interest in serving on <br /> the Commission. It was agreed to invite him to come to the meetings. <br />
