They are asking to amend <br /> the order of Conditions to eliminate the garage and move the work limit further <br /> away from the wetland. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the requested amendment as presented. <br /> A letter to be sent stating two copies of the plan must be sent to DEE with <br /> the request for amendment. <br /> letter from Henry Lane was read stated. to trees were removed. He requests <br /> permission to prune remaining trees of their lower branches, <br /> Lisa advised she met with him on the site and explained he would have to do <br /> some revegetation and he agreed. Lisa will go to the site and measure and <br /> court the trees. <br /> A letter was dictated to advise that no clearing of brush is to take place <br /> in the buffer- strip without specific permission from the Commission. The <br /> vegetation plan as defined in the enforcement order was due within io days <br /> of the receipt of the order. An extension was given to April 25. <br /> letter was read from Andrew T n b lli expressing interest in serving on <br /> the Commission, The vast amount of business conducted with the Town by fir, <br /> Taabli i and possible Conflict of interest was discussed. it was suggested <br /> that if Nor. Tarabelii were willing not to take any contracts from applicants <br /> that appear before the board and to stand down on any hearing for which he <br /> already has contracted, this would be acceptable. <br /> Ir.
