VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to amend the order of Conditions to allow the cantilevered dec k with stairway. Plan submitted to be referenced. David Parsons: A letter from Wayne Tavares was read requesting amendments to the Order of Conditions. A letter was dictated stating there is to be no material or construction material or equipment placed pondward of the existing 40 foot contour. If the removal of trees is necessitated, an application for ars amended Order of conditions rust be applied for. There will be no change of grade and no sand berm. Jo Mar: The owner of Lot 2 Tide Run, Harvey M, Forman wrote to ask for a { stop work order on the do Near property. Mrs. Marsters stated she would prefer she not do it on behalf of the Comm- ission, but on her own, Lisa also suggested if any building is to tape place, the cesspool rust be pumped. Mr. Burns and Mr. Rosenberg stated the Commission should not be involved with this.
