Mr, Lundgren stated they did not propose to do anything as the <br /> Engineer did not feel it was a situation to be concerned about. They would be <br /> willing to punt down fescue and rye to rveetate disturbed areas. <br /> Ms Behrman suggested Blueberries, huckleberries or wintergreen as ground covers. <br /> She expressed concern that if there is a wet spell , there will be percolation <br /> with sand coring out of the wall ; it will destabilize the slope. The Commission <br /> would want a re veget tion plan around the base of the wall filed with the Comm- <br /> iion for approval <br /> Mr. Lundgren was advised that all information is to be sent to DE E. <br /> HEARING CLOSED UPON RECEIPT of REVE ETATION PLAN. <br /> 7:45 - Robert Brandwein - All cape Survey Consultant. continued from 4/14168. <br /> To construct an addition to a single family dwelling, to include a new septic <br /> system at 233 Hooppo l e Road. Chris costa presenting. Abutter receipts were <br /> presented with four undeliverable and seven received for a total of eleven. <br /> The mailing list was reviewed a-nd it was noted there were 47 abutters on the <br /> list. <br /> 1r. Rosenberg suggested the hearing be held open subject to the receipt of <br /> slips to indicated a full ailing. Nor. costa agreed. <br /> Mr, Costa stated the work is in the buffer zone within 100 feet of the pond. <br /> A poured concrete foundation is proposed for the addition of wood frame con- <br /> struction. ith the foundation to be reshrubbed and flowers planted to cover <br /> area disturbed. No contour changes are proposed. Haybales are proposed even <br /> with the back of the deck. The septic system will be upgraded to Title v; it <br /> is substandard now being closer than 100 feet to the well . <br /> Mrs. Ferriday pointed out that drywe l 1 s in the Notice of Intent are not shown <br /> on the plan. Mr. Costa stated they are existing but there will be no problem <br /> with putting in new dry ells. <br /> Lisa asked if Board of Appeals approval was received and Mr. costa stated he <br /> was not sure that was necessary as this is not a new dwelling, Lisa stated <br /> this would stili have to go through Board of Appeals. Mr. Costa stated they <br /> would cross that bridge as they came to it, <br /> Ms Behrman advised this is required before conservation Commi sss ion action, <br /> Mr. costa requested a continuance. <br /> He indicated on the plan where the dells are located and where the new one <br /> will be put in and initialed it. <br /> Gregg Willis, representing Mr, Brandwein, questioned the Board of Appeals <br /> situation and stated work is to be started after the summer. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED PENDING BOARD of APPEALS ACTION AND RECEIPT of ABUTTERS <br /> RECEIPTS. <br />
