To amend a notice of Intent to <br /> place fill on the property to create a lawn area between adj'a ent properties at <br /> Lot 181 Timberlane Drive* Anne Regan, Trustee, and Alan Gomes presenting. firs. <br /> Regan stated they propose to bring in fill to level the lot which is between the <br /> two lots on each side owned by Mr. Regan and plant grass to bring the three lots <br /> together. <br /> Mr, Comes, the landscaper, stated they propose to fill and grass in 30 feet <br /> from the street, level it 20 - 30 feet and level back to grade. They propose <br /> to core out 20 feet with the grade of the road and slope to natural grade at <br /> the back. <br /> Lasa advised the lot and plans were approved with an order of Conditions under <br /> another owner. A grassed-in area was approved, not to go in front or in back <br /> of the house. An amount of fill was approved on the order and she measured a <br /> minimum of 4 - 50 cubic yards required. They propose, from within 30 feet of <br /> the edge of the existing road, cone in and do all the work within the 30 foot <br /> area. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the area does not belong to fir. Regan; it's part of <br /> Tamberlane Drive. <br />
