Abutters care forward to review the plans. :1 - William J. Henry - Corbett Corp. RDA on a proposal to construct a dwelling with garage, breezeway, deck and septic system at Let lg Rachelle Court. Continued from April 21 , 1988* Mr. Corbett stated the Commission' s recommendations met with the owner' s approval . He ret with the Building Department and the Board of Health, The pro ect will bewithin 6 inches of the 40 foot setback. . The Chairman read the Request for Determination of Applicability. VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to issue a Legative Determination for work done in accordance with plan submitted as revised 4/25/88. NEGATIVE DETERMINATIO-0 8:30 - Joseph F. Burns - Request for Determination of applicability on a proposal to extend an existing family/dining room 161 x 121 at 6 Barbary Circle. Joseph Burns stood down. Rosemary Burns presenting. The Chairman read the request. The plans were reviewed. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination. Lisa suggested they put some f the soil to create a berm at the top of the bark and vegetate the berry and further, to put a netting over the soil to hold it until vegetation takes place. This will be added to the request and forwarded to DEE. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 8:45 - George Regan, Lot 181 Timber l ane Drive. To amend a notice of Intent to place fill on the property to create a lawn area between adj'a ent properties at Lot 181 Timberlane Drive* Anne Regan, Trustee, and Alan Gomes presenting. firs. Regan stated they propose to bring in fill to level the lot which is between the two lots on each side owned by Mr. Regan and plant grass to bring the three lots together. Mr, Comes, the landscaper, stated they propose to fill and grass in 30 feet from the street, level it 20 - 30 feet and level back to grade. They propose to core out 20 feet with the grade of the road and slope to natural grade at the back. Lasa advised the lot and plans were approved with an order of Conditions under another owner. A grassed-in area was approved, not to go in front or in back of the house. An amount of fill was approved on the order and she measured a minimum of 4 - 50 cubic yards required. They propose, from within 30 feet of the edge of the existing road, cone in and do all the work within the 30 foot area. Mr. Rosenberg stated the area does not belong to fir. Regan; it's part of Tamberlane Drive.
