Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting of May 5, 1988 <br /> Page 7. <br /> doMar: An abutter has filed an appeal to the amended order of Conditions. <br /> bill for the appraisal of properties was authorized. <br /> DRAFT EIR: Plans for South Cape Beach were reviewed. All public comments must <br /> be in by 30. Lisa is writing hers. <br /> meeting will be scheduled with the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee. <br /> Order of Conditions issued for Lawrence Sbow, Mr. Rosenberg stood down. <br /> Lisa advised she attended a Coastal Zone Management meeting on Tuesday night. <br /> They were adamantly opposed to the proposed amendments to the Bylaw and, if <br /> the Commission asked, they would cone down when the Commission is writing the <br /> regulations. <br /> MRPIC: Mr. Rosenberg suggested to indicate to the subcommittee that a report <br /> and recommendations from thea concerni-ng the trespassing on Town property <br /> should be submitted to Conservation. The authority and responsibility rests <br /> on both committees. <br /> Cranberry Bogs: The commission was in agreement that the change of price per <br /> barrel was to be for the 1988 crop, not 1987. The report for 1987 crop stated <br /> the amount per barrel is to be fined but should still be $20,00, Mrs. Ferriday <br /> stated she will speak with Joe Murphy concerning this. This will provide <br /> approximately 9,000; -10 more than proposed payment. <br /> They cite problems with high water levels with no description of the conditions <br /> of the bogs, or any- improvements. <br /> A letter will be written that their report does not adequately meet the terms of <br /> the contract. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 10:20. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Dana M.
