Conservation commission <br /> Meeting of May 5, 1988 <br /> Page 64 <br /> Question was raised from the audience as to the fungicide to be used <br /> Burbank stated they would be working through the Conservation Commission. <br /> William Jones questioned the vegetative bandage to be put on the wound to be <br /> carried through the winter; he suggested evergreens be planted. <br /> Mrs. Marsters. stated it is the opinion of the Conservation Agent that the <br /> cutting down of the trees isn't going to do any damage to the es urce" area; <br /> that' s where our jurisdiction is. It is not in our ,jurisdiction to put in <br /> some evergreen trees, if not necessary. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated an expert has been hired to advise the Commission. Louise Beh rrr an and Patr I ck Coffey stood <br /> down. The application was originally denied by the Commission and a suerceding <br /> Order was issued the state. Mr. Malloy to never came back to the Town, A well <br /> is in and other work has begun. Town Counsel suggested ars Enforcement Order be <br /> issued. Enforcerent order i slued and signed. <br />
