He further asked permission to have the .narrow area around the pool covered with grass. Mrs. Jacobson suggested a brick patio set in sand. Mr. Dubin agreed. Ms Behrman requested a revised landscape plan to supplement the site plan. Mrs. Ferriday pointed out it was listed as in the Notice of Intent and is actually Lot 82. after discussion, it was agreed this is acceptable with the assessor' s numbers listed on the abutters notices. It will be changed with CB . -Mr. lainsk stated it is a steep lot descending in the rear t the wetland. A master plan created in 1985 for the subdivision limits positioning. The Board of Health has approved leaching. There will be no filling. A pervious driveway is planned. There is a drainage easement on the western side of - the lot. Ms Berman stated the edge of the topo should be indicated, Mr. Slavinsky stated the edge of the wetland is at elevation 7 Mean Sea level . There . is 30 sq. ft. of fill at the rear of the lot. The back is a walkout. Mrs. Ferriday suggested the work limit be 5 feet from the acture edge of the trench. Mr. Slavinsk r agreed this could be done and will make the change. He stated they are not stating they will do clearing but reserve the right t . .Ms Behrman asked for a revegetation plan. Mr. Miles stated 2500 sq. ft. of sod is planned and tree lines in the rear of the chouse,. There is a covenant and restriction on the land. Ms Behrm an suggested ground cover rather than lawn. Anna Howard, abutter at 81 Surf Drive, asked if they have gone to the association for approval of the Mans. The association prefers a macadam driveway. She stated she has a double macadam driveway, Answering Mr. Howard, Mr. Slavinsky stated , th pitch of the driveway will be 12 ft, down from the edge of the pavement, driveway will be strai ht.
