Louise Dehrman, Gertrude Ferriday, Carol Jacobson, <br /> Mary Mar%ster, Elliot Rosenberg, Patrick Coffey and Joseph Burns. <br /> Lisa Hanscon, Conservation Agent, was present also. <br /> 7:30 - George Regan, 181 Timber lane Drive. A letter from Anne Regan , Tr. , was read <br /> withdrawing their* request. <br /> Abutter Jim Walsh was present for the hearing and questioned Regan being allowed to <br /> build a third house with the problems on the other two. <br /> It was noted Town Counsel has begun legal action, <br /> Janet Walsh requested a Copy of the plans. <br /> 7:45 - Manuel Glickman, Pond Circle, Continued to June 30 at 7:45 at the applic- <br /> ants request. <br /> 8:00 - Harold Cohen W. . far ick Waterline rlin Drive. Request for an Amended order <br /> of Conditions on the dock. Continued from May 19, 1988, Scott McAskill presenting . <br /> Abutters receipts were presented. He advised the dock is only 25 feet into the west <br /> side of the lot extending into the Great River. The Board of Appeals had denied the <br /> old location of the dock. An order of Conditions was issued in 1985. The Harbor- <br /> master raised grave concern about the closeness to the Town Landing and had thea <br /> run a line to see if they were in the navigational channel . Variance from the <br /> Board of Appeals was received for the present location and the Harbormaster agreed <br /> with this. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated she would like to see a boardwalk Coming back over the lip of <br /> the bank. Mr. McAskill stated they have permission from New 5eabury for a foot <br /> path on the reserve easement; for anything else, they would have to go back before <br /> them. Mrs. Ferriday stated there is erosion on the down side by the steps. <br /> Mr, Burns asked the elevation of the walkway, had they gone to Army Corps, of <br /> Engineers and what was their elevation requested. Mr. McAskill stated it was <br /> five feet above the marsh, they had gone to Army Corps. of Engineers in 1986 <br /> and received approval . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the regulations have been Changed in 1987 and 1988 which nec- <br /> essitates a new one being applied for. Nor. McAskill stated a new Chapter 91 has <br /> been- applied for. <br /> It was suggested the rump be brought up to the sic foot contour. <br /> TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. <br /> 8: 15 - Harold Cohen m.f .Warwick To Construct and maintain a house with attached <br /> decks, garage septic system and driveway at 65 Waterline Drive. Continued from <br /> May 195 1988. <br />
