Mr. Coffey asked the distance of the existing structure and was -told only- the addition would - be within 50 feet. He asked the foundation on the exi-sting dwelling and what is rdposed for - the addition. Hs Asmus believes it is slab. Mr. Coffey stated the grades do not work out for that; you are in a flood zone. Ms Asmus stated they were a a'are of this. Hs Rehr-man stated here may have been a ' change after .receiving a Cert- ificate of Compliance. She asked if a Revegetation plan will be sub- mitted. Ms Asmus -stated, if necessary. There is no plan for any lawn, 'Everything seaward of the haybales is natural vegetation. The pool has a back- ashdryell 100 feet back from the top of the bank* Non-chlorinated rater is proposed with an Ozone system. Ms Eehrman question the deck area around the pool . Mr. Sanicki stated it is proposed to have crushed stone and open jointed brick or blocks* Lisa questioned the elevation of the pool and was told it is up 16" over the height of the land.
