This is an ongoing situation relating <br /> to a drainage problem at this location, e saw no need for argument at this <br /> juncture as to who's responsibility it is or who put the pipe where it is. An <br /> application for a variance has been presented to the Board of Appeals which was <br /> denied and has been appealed. The reason for denial is concerns relating to this <br /> drainage problem. The work on this dwelling was stopped and there has been more <br /> than one attempt to burn the building down, A purchase and sale agreement which <br /> had been executed has gone by and it i s hoped to bring this to a conclusion. <br /> Mr, Kirrne stated he appeared previously re a proposal to take certain steps with <br /> respect to the drainage probIerg as well as a contribution towards removing some of <br /> the siltation from the Mash pee River and he was advised to file a Notice of Intent. <br />
