Conservation Commission <br /> August 25, 1988 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mrs* Simons stated the commission could not do anything about that and suggested <br /> he call the police. Mr. Franchi stated. he would call the police every weekend. <br /> He further stated, when he built h i s dock i n 1972-3, h went through engineering <br /> plans, ACOE and commonwealth of Mass., conservation and it was two years to final. <br /> ie all the paper. Mr. Pearson, the original owner of the house, put a small <br /> temporary dock for his boat. The new owner in May, without notifying abutters, <br /> hired some people to put up a new float and extend the float and dock. He saw <br /> that the boat cannot go through on low tide. <br /> Mrs.- <br /> Marsters stated Mr, Peterson is the owner of record. <br /> Mr, Franchi stated he has contacted the ACOE and they have no record that Mr, <br /> Peterson f i 1 ed. <br /> Mrs. Simmons advised the Commission can only look into the deck extension and <br /> the dock enlargement. .This will be looked into immediately. <br /> Mr, Franchi stated if the dock wasn't permitted, he requests it be removed. <br /> Mrs, Jacobson asked Mr. slavinsky if .the dock shown is incorrect. He stated <br /> the day his survey crew was there that was the dock that was there. <br /> [fir. Rosenberg suggested holding the hearing open pending information on the <br /> permitting on the dock, what ,year built, DEE number. <br /> HEARING TO BE CLOSED UPON RECEIPT of INFORMATION. <br /> 3 - Mary M, Hoar, Braman Engineering. To amend an existing Order of Condit- <br /> ions <br /> ordit- <br /> ions to maintain an existing 4 x 121 ramp, 4' x 57.1 ' pier, 4 x 121 gangway, <br /> 12 x 28' float and two float piles at Lot 30 Waterline Drive North, Richard <br /> Dubin presenting. <br /> It was determined only one abutter notice was received. This must be resched- <br /> uled. <br /> CONTINUED To SETPEMBER 8 -- 7:45 P.M. <br /> 8.45 -- John A Sullivan, T , Mashpee shores Realty Trust, A proposal to remove <br /> a portion of, and seal , existing drainage discharging to the Mashpee River and <br /> to install two leaching-type basins on the West side of Redwood circle to con- <br /> tain and leach roadway runoff at Lots 14 & 15 Redwood circle and opposite lot <br /> corner 14/15. Kevin Kirane presenting. This is an ongoing situation relating <br /> to a drainage problem at this location, e saw no need for argument at this <br /> juncture as to who's responsibility it is or who put the pipe where it is. An <br /> application for a variance has been presented to the Board of Appeals which was <br /> denied and has been appealed. The reason for denial is concerns relating to this <br /> drainage problem. The work on this dwelling was stopped and there has been more <br /> than one attempt to burn the building down, A purchase and sale agreement which <br /> had been executed has gone by and it i s hoped to bring this to a conclusion. <br /> Mr, Kirrne stated he appeared previously re a proposal to take certain steps with <br /> respect to the drainage probIerg as well as a contribution towards removing some of <br /> the siltation from the Mash pee River and he was advised to file a Notice of Intent. <br />
