Also present were Lisa Hanscom, Conservation Agent; Elizabeth Terry, candidate for mebersh i p; and Sue Billings of the Mashpee Messenger. The Meeting was called to order at 7: 00 p.m. o - Otis Drainage Easement , continued from July , 1988. Colonel rogna and Major Murray spoke for the Military. Col . Brogna advised . the new design of munitions storage has not gotten to the stage where it can be discussed. E. C. Jordan' s study has not been received . a ". urray stated one concern was for a legal description, as well as F a plot plan. He contacted the ACOS in New York and is concerned as to whether Maj. Orlow has an accurate lega�descripti n and plan. He showed a plan, not recordable, to the Commission. Lisa stated, in talking with Town Counse, it seems the Tin owns more :than is shown. She consulted the Town Assessorls Maps; Parcels 21 and 22 were not listed. She suggested he contact Pam Davis of the Assessors office. A memo and attachment listing discussion items was presented. Maj . Col . Brogna stated a legal question has to be answered before the site work is begun.
