What would you like for a maintenance schedule so we carr resolve this. Lindholm: RiSht now, this. f Behrmn: The other houses have been built? Lindholm: The homes, yes, in terms of tihe road Behrman: What I ' m concerned with, 'in terms of house construction, I have seen a number of developm-ents around here; you have a lot o building going on, the digging of fOundations, u' 'e got a lot o piles of dirt and they can be well beyond the resource area and e' r the only Board that gets concerned about things like siltation screens Vou get a couple of these " rain storms and good- part f that fill suddenly ends up washed in -the - drain, maybe on top of a layer o leaves. We have had serious probtems in other developments be-cause it' s a lot of si l tat i on that basically originates from that one shat you get when a grouse is being built. That ' s why ray question, how many of these lots have been built on because that- would effect s mething that we would dictate . Porter : There are at least 50 lots remaining. l Behrman: That mould probably b somewhere in this water shed area, for want of a better -term. Lindholm: They are spread out all over 116the place. Behr ant That ' s what I want to kno $.--, on this road, what-' s going to effect this drain? Lindholm: Ito' s a, common problem, a lot o commission's. think t-hat issue , where drainage systems interconnect far beyond 100 feet, that they have jurisdiction over them.
