There will be a system of dr wells for roof runoff. <br /> Plans have been submitted to the Board of Health who suggested to <br /> dean around the leachina pit and put in new stone. The system i <br /> Title V. <br /> [yrs. Simmons expressed concern for two large trees and Mr. Maxim <br /> stated he will keep every one he can. She suggested hayale-s for <br /> bu per.s around thea . fir. Slavinsky agreed. The work limit is 5 feet <br /> from the addition. He agreed it could be brought in closer; the 70 <br /> foot contour line would be acceptable moving in to the drywell <br /> location. Work around the pit will only require about an hour. <br /> The Chairman advised Janet t Walsh called to complain she was not not- <br /> ified f the hearing. Mary Marst'ers stood down . John Slavins y presentinS, This <br /> began as a failed cesspool . An oversized addition was applied for and <br /> Order of Conditions received. The cesspool has been replaced. The <br /> builder then stated the Douse was not worn redoing and new plans have <br /> been drawn . if the Commission wishes a Notice of Intent be filed, the <br /> client is willire . The proposed house will be smaller than addition <br /> requested. A system o gutters and drywel is will be instal led . They <br /> have been to the Board of Appeals. The work limit its actually smallerd <br /> Ms Behrman requested a plan with only the new house on it and existing <br /> dwelling to be removed indicated with broken lines. Mr. Slavirsk <br /> agreed. He also agreed the work limit in the Order of Conditions would <br /> still be valid. <br /> Ms Behrman asked for a revegetation plan and was toad it is now all <br /> lawn. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated some conditions will be changed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated there should be a detailed description of what is <br /> being done, copy to DEQE. <br /> Question was raised concerning notice to abutters and Mr. Slavinsky <br /> stated he would be willing to renotify if proof is not found of the <br /> notification for this hearing. <br /> CONTINUED TO DECEMBER 29 — 7: 45 pam. <br /> i <br /> SEE <br /> 8: 30 - Robert Nahislan SE #709 Lot 39 Sandy war.
