The builder then stated the Douse was not worn redoing and new plans have been drawn . if the Commission wishes a Notice of Intent be filed, the client is willire . He also agreed the work limit in the Order of Conditions would still be valid. Ms Behrman asked for a revegetation plan and was toad it is now all lawn. Mrs. Simmons stated some conditions will be changed. Ms Behrman stated there should be a detailed description of what is being done, copy to DEQE. Question was raised concerning notice to abutters and Mr. Slavinsky stated he would be willing to renotify if proof is not found of the notification for this hearing.
