If on this property rather than Lot 521 , <br /> the wall- should appear on this plan. It is sufficiently close to the <br /> b undar�__ Fine to confuse the commission. The regulations% ask for <br /> continuation on abutting features. <br /> Mr. Burns suggested looking at the plans for Lot 521 but Mr. Palmatier <br /> stated he knows they are. not on that plan. <br /> Ms Behrman stated she was- not willing to spend any more time on this <br /> without an accurate plan. <br /> Mr. Palma ier stated he does not know what effect the e i stance of the <br /> wall has oln the proposal brought before the Commission for the con- <br /> struction of a deck in the Buffer 'zone of the coastal bare . <br /> Mrs , Simmons stated, with a l ,l the vegetation to be removed , it may be <br /> holding back all the drainage that the Commission is concerned about <br /> and they have to take back - ' deep rosy rusa that is well estab- <br /> lished there. <br /> Mr. Pay l mat i er stated there' s dne paths that goes right through the Rosa <br /> ugosa. <br /> Ms Behrman stated it: is a potentially. destabili ing element and the <br /> Commission is entitled to accurate plans of the site. <br /> Mr. Burns asked who created the path and Mr. Palmatier did not know. <br /> Mr. Burns stand the path should be filled in before anything else is <br /> done. <br /> 1r•. Pal at er asked for a continuance to get the wall located on the <br /> plan. <br /> Mr. Burns suggested Enforcement Orders be put on both lots for the <br /> unapproved walls. <br /> revegetation plan was requested and her.
