The only water shed area is shown. 'vegetation along the coastal <br /> bank does not show. A funnel will act as a s ale to direct water away <br /> from the coastal bank. <br /> Mrs. Simmons pointed to a concrete waterway which. empties right onto. <br /> the reserved area. <br /> Mr. Burns advised a dog .has been creating a path down and a fence. - <br /> should be installed. <br /> Pers.
