Lisa Hanscom was present <br /> also. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 p-m4 <br /> 7: 30 Richard Baldaif , continued from October 20, 1988. Tina a rlo <br /> presenting. She advised the cottage was demolished. It was first <br /> reported the existinS deck was to reinain in place. Upon arrival of <br /> Alexander Palliano, the builder, it was reported the deck has been <br /> demolished. The existing pier will remain. The relocated deck at the <br /> proposed cottage location will be ' X 26' ; the structure will be <br /> ' 0' . T he leaching is 340 feet frond the edge of the hih water <br /> mark . Haybales will be - staked prior to any site work being done . <br /> Drywells are proposed 10 feet from the foundation. All disturbed areas <br /> are to be planted with 4 ,inches of loam and seeded. No heavy equipment <br /> will be used* <br /> Lisa stated the Commission had no problem with the project , only the <br /> v, <br /> plans presented at the last hearing. DEQE decided they did not <br /> want an abbreviated form but a full Notice of Intent* <br /> Hr. Palliano advised there will be a full foundation taken below frost <br /> level for a crawl space. <br /> Hs Behrman stated the deck should not be shown on the plan as existing <br /> if it has been demolished. <br /> HEARING TO BE CLOSED UPON RECEIPT F REVISED PLANS. <br /> 7: 45 ' Christopher Kor is (Cape Islands Surveying) to construct a <br /> single family residence and installation of a private well and sub- <br /> surface sewage disposal system on Lot 64 Buccaneer Way. John Slavinsky <br /> presenting.. Abutters were ran o t i f i ed. The house has been *oYed 20 <br /> feet, as close to the septic as possible. They have refiled with DEE <br /> and the lot has been Testa- ed . A landscaping plan was presented which <br /> Mr . Slavinsky signed and dated at the request of the Commissions <br /> Mr. Coffey questioned the amount of lawn. <br /> The water service will be, done with a bobcat and looped with ha bales* <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER OF CONDITIONS TO BE ISSUED. <br /> Elias & Phyllis Allen All Cape Survey Consultant) to construct <br /> a new dwelling and Title V leaching facility; to demolish an existing <br /> cot a e within 100 feet of Jehu Pond at Great Oak Road, Parcel 'A" . <br /> Continued at the request of the applicant as the property was not <br /> stared.
