Spacing between the plants would <br /> be no more than five feet apart# <br /> Mr. Hayes was asked if he was going to be there during the planting. <br /> He recommended the maintenance program and planting be supervised by a <br /> horticulturist or an arborist. <br /> Mrs Simons stated she would still life to see it on the plan. <br /> Mr. Hayes agreed to provide ars overlay# <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked that he indicate the number of plants, where they <br /> will- be located, with the survival rate. Mr. Hayes es agreed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated it would be smarter to plant double of what is ex- <br /> pected to be there in the end ,, <br /> Mr. Hayes asked if the Commission was going to have BSC (himself) <br /> supervise this plan? <br /> Ms Be rman stated the Commission cannot legally do that. She further <br /> stated a maintenance schedule must be on paper. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated planting at 5' centers may not be enough to <br /> accomplish what the Commission. wants to do for. an immediate solution* <br />
