Louise Behrman, Patrick <br /> Coffey, Carol Jacobson, Mary Marsters. <br /> Lisa Hanscom, Conservation Agent, and Margaret Moore, Associate Member, <br /> were present also. <br /> The meeting was called to order at = 15 p.m <br /> 7: 30 Ellis and Phyllis Allen, Great Oak Road. Continued from 1/5/89. <br /> Tina Bayloa of All Cape Survey Consultant presenting. She advised she <br /> did not have proof of abutter notification and requested a continuance <br /> to the first part of March,. <br /> CONTINUED TO MARCH 9 -- 7: 30 <br /> : 45 Dr. Lawrence Merman, . 40 Uncatena Drive. Continued from 1/5/89. <br /> Foran Hayes of BSC group presentin . The outdoor shower is now shown <br /> on the plan and a list of the material to be planted provided. . The - <br /> property was staked as requested. The Board of Health stated a permit <br /> was not necessary but they will have to review the law to determine <br /> whether or not this is grandfathered* A letter was written to Town <br /> Counsel to update him. Concerning house enlargement, Mfr. Hayes stated <br /> he -spoke -pit the Building Inspector and Dr. Herman who both stated <br /> there were no additions and no enlargeme ts. <br /> The new plans were reviewed. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated 25 plants would provide a buffer zone compatible with <br /> what is growing in the buffer zone. Spacing between the plants would <br /> be no more than five feet apart# <br /> Mr. Hayes was asked if he was going to be there during the planting. <br /> He recommended the maintenance program and planting be supervised by a <br /> horticulturist or an arborist. <br /> Mrs Simons stated she would still life to see it on the plan. <br /> Mr. Hayes agreed to provide ars overlay# <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked that he indicate the number of plants, where they <br /> will- be located, with the survival rate. Mr. Hayes es agreed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated it would be smarter to plant double of what is ex- <br /> pected to be there in the end ,, <br /> Mr. Hayes asked if the Commission was going to have BSC (himself) <br /> supervise this plan? <br /> Ms Be rman stated the Commission cannot legally do that. She further <br /> stated a maintenance schedule must be on paper. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated planting at 5' centers may not be enough to <br /> accomplish what the Commission. wants to do for. an immediate solution* <br />
