He gave to the Commission the plan which meets the requirements of the first special permit approved by the Board of Appeals ; 40 ft . from the road , garage eliminated , some of the deck eliminated , pool mored back and made smaller . It is now '35 ' f rom the edge of the deck to the top of the bank . Lot coverage is 19% . Ms Behr an asked if the foundation was poured concrete and was told it was and he will show breakaway walls .
