It was thought to be 400 acres approx- <br /> imately . <br /> ppro - <br /> i ately . 1t was suggested he contact the Town Planners office . <br /> WHEATLEY : Dan ' Buckley came before the Corr mission . He gave to the <br /> Commission the plan which meets the requirements of the first special <br /> permit approved by the Board of Appeals ; 40 ft . from the road , garage <br /> eliminated , some of the deck eliminated , pool mored back and made <br /> smaller . It is now '35 ' f rom the edge of the deck to the top of the <br /> bank . Lot coverage is 19% . <br /> Ms Behr an asked if the foundation was poured concrete and was told <br /> it was and he will show breakaway walls . <br /> The variance - was granted on the hardship of the size of the lot . <br /> Mr . Burns asked who owned the land for the easement with the existing <br /> pipe - coming down? Mr , Buckley stated it is on Mr. Wheatley ' s land . <br /> Mr . Duras stated vegetation has been stripped and there are steps <br /> going down to the left . <br /> Mr , Buckley stated he does not believe he encroaches ; he encroaches <br /> with his drivewwy onto Mr . Wheatley ' s lot . Y <br /> . Darns stated the pipe is from road drainage. Mr . Buckley stated <br /> it would be the responsibility of the trust in the area . <br /> A copy of receipt showing plans were filed with DEQE was requested . <br /> HEARING CLOSED ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS . <br />
