Rosenberg suggested an Order of Conditions be written allowing treatment not more than once in every two years , no earlier than the last week in May after notice to the Commission . With this on file , it will be -unnecessary to Come in again . Mr , Lyman agreed . HEARING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS . : 30 Norman Harway ( BSC Group ) for the Construction of two addit- ions to an existing single fa ily dwelling and upgrading of sewage disposal system at 45 Bantuit Lane , Norman Hayes presenting . It is proposed to replace an old cesspool with a new septic system . One Maple and two oak trees will have to be removed , An addition to the existing bedroom will be 2 ' X 2 ' concrete on sono tubes . It is also proposed to -Construct a storage 'work space permitted by Negative determination on 2/6/87 . The work limit is detailed as on the plan with a row of hayales to protect vegetation under elev- ation lev- ation 46 and Santo i t Pond .. Irk will be done before the 15th o May and spawning of the Alewifes . Removal of the trees will not effect -the shading of the pond . Roof runoff will be directed to d rywe l l s . Mrs , Marsters asked if the septic system could be moved and was told it couldn ' t because of the way the pipe Cores out of the house . Mr . Coffey stated existing pipes are a minor issue in relocating septic system . The tank is not an issue , but the leaching beds are . This is only 4 .81 above ground water and the proximity to an already overloaded pond is an issue . Mr . Hayes stated the system proposed is an improvement over what is there . The Board of ' Health stated that was the appropria'te place for the septic . They are going back to the Board of Health to re- t locate the well . The owner on the abutting lot has no idea where his well and septic is . Ms Behrman questione4hearing the issue without the Board of Health action . Mr , Hayes stated they have denied pending a request for a ! variance . Lisa stated , if not approved by the Board of Health , the Commission might recommend to the Board of Health that they move this further back , away from the wetland . The short term effects of getting down there with equipment to put in a well would be less th an having the Constant effects of a leaching area Close to the pond . I It was noted the plan and notice of Intent can be amended . Any action by other Town Boards must be in hand before Conservation consideration . CONTINUED TO APRIL 6 , 1989 - 7 : 45 p .m .
