Mr , Hayes stated they have denied pending a request for a <br />! <br /> variance . <br /> Lisa stated , if not approved by the Board of Health , the Commission <br /> might recommend to the Board of Health that they move this further <br /> back , away from the wetland . The short term effects of getting <br /> down there with equipment to put in a well would be less th an having <br /> the Constant effects of a leaching area Close to the pond . <br /> I <br /> It was noted the plan and notice of Intent can be amended .
